Wed. May 12. Meet at Kantor Pavilion behind the library. This experience will be lead by our instructor Anita Pacheco. During the hour we will start with a warm up, discuss mindful walking techniques and then practice them for 10 minutes while walking (socially distant and masked). Then we will stop to discuss specifics of meditative walking, taking another 10 minute walk to practice returning our attention to a point of focus when our mind wanders. Our session will end with stretching and a few minutes of centered standing meditation.
