Join us for a weekly 40 minute movement class, focusing on breathing, stretching and light aerobic exercise. Some of us have been exercising with our favorite instructor Anita Pacheco for years but newcomers are always welcome. This is a nice way to squeeze some exercise in at the end of the day without leaving your home!
